CATHERINE HOUSE

As an experienced counsellor and coach I offer a non-judgemental environment where you can safely talk about whatever has brought you here.  I appreciate that starting counselling can feel daunting so I do not charge for an initial 30 minute session to give you chance to decide for yourself whether it might be right for you.

In my experience, most clients come to counselling or coaching because they want something to change and I work to support you to find a path towards that.  I offer a calm space where we work at your pace.

I also provide integrative supervision to counsellors and trainee counsellors (face to face or via zoom).
