CATHERINE HOUSE

I'm an experienced counsellor offering a non-judgemental environment where you can safely talk about whatever brings you to counselling.  I appreciate that starting counselling can feel daunting so I do not charge for an initial session to give you chance to decide for yourself whether it might be right for you.

In my experience, most clients come to counselling because they want something to change and I work to support you to find a path towards that.  I offer a calm space where we work at your pace.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework - www.bacp.co.uk
